Prestigious GRAND PRIX (for the best exhibits) and TOP EXPO (for the most impressive exhibitions) prizes were awarded by the expert jury as part of the concurrence of the FOR HABITAT, DESIGN SHAKER, FOR GARDEN, FOR INTERIOR, LIGHT IN ARCHITECTURE and HOUSING, NEW PROJECTS fairs. The winning exhibitors received the prizes at the gala evening on the second day of the fair. The event took place on the PVA EXPO PRAGUE grounds until Sunday, 24 March. The official vehicles of the fairs are FORD cars.
The evaluation committee of the GRAND PRIX competition consisted of the academic sculptor Doc. Ferdinand Chrenka, as chairman, MgA. Roman Kvita, Jan Hejhálek, publisher of INTRO, and Kristina Slavíková from BURDA.CZ.
The evaluated criteria included technical parameters, progressive technologies, materials, energy efficiency, environmental aspects, advantages and marketability. The committee decided to award prizes in the GRAND PRIX competition for the best exhibit/technology to the following companies:
